The contentions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner are, the respondent nos. 1 and 2 viz. State Government and the Corporation respectively are dealing with allotment of fishing rights by applying different yardsticks for the purpose of evaluation of the tender process.

Above contentions are sought to be substantiated by urging that issue of processing tender for fishing rights are governed by the Government Resolution dated 03.07.2019. Vide Corrigendum dated 03.01.2022 Condition No.13 is sought to be made applicable for processing the tender of the Corporation which is without there being any intelligible differentia or valid consideration. It is claimed that such impugned Corrigendum goes not only contrary to the provisions of Article 14 but also of Article 19 of the Constitution of India. 4.
In that view of the matter, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 12.09.2024.
