Mr. S.U. Nemade, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that respondent No.5 is not necessary party to the petition. Respondent No.5 is permitted to be deleted. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

In view of order passed today in Writ Petition No.4893/2024 the learned Advocate for the respondent Fisheries Corporation submitted that the petitioner is a successful bidder and the work order shall be issued in favour of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. Since the aforesaid statement is made on instructions from the respondent Fisheries Corporation Mr. Nemade, learned Advocate for the petitioner has not pressed the petition. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Pending civil applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
