After hearing learned counsel for the both parties, it appears that the petition can be disposed of with a direction to dispose of HMP No.137 of 2022 at the earliest. 2.

In the meanwhile, as an interim arrangement, the petitioner-husband shall pay 3,000/- per month from the ₹ date of application to the respondent - wife and shall continue to pay the same till disposal of HMP No.137 of 2022. Notably, the amount mentioned in this order has been mutually determined by both the parties. This shall not come in the way, while deciding the quantum of maintenance at the time of deciding the petition on merits finally. In any case, the maintenance should be granted on the merits of the case without being influenced by the concession made by both the parties in this order.

Needless to mention that the petitioner shall clear the arrears of maintenance within two months from today. 4.

With this, the petition stands disposed of.
