DATE : 28.07.2025 Learned Additional Government Pleader placed on record the communication dated 21.07.2025, stating that the Joint Commissioner (Liquor and Alcohol), State Excise, Maharashtra State, Mumbai, wherein it is informed that they would require some time to get sanction from the State for the amount of refund.

It is hereby directed to decide the issue within two weeks and either release the amount of refund to the petitioner or to decide his representation within two weeks. This concession is given in spite of specific earlier directions only by way of indulgence and, no further extension will be granted.
