Learned AGP placed on record a communication dated 01/08/2025 wherein the proposal of the Petitioner for refund of amount of Rs. 1,50,18,125/- with 9% interest per annum is forwarded to the State Government, which is marked as 'A' for identification. Another communication is sent to the office of Government Pleader to seek four weeks' time.
(2) It appears that in this matter, on 03/09/2024, notices were waives by the learned AGP.
(3) As such, list the matter on 04/09/2025. By that time, the learned AGP to take instructions and make a statement as to how much amount will be refunded along with interest to the Petitioner and within what time.
