or directions and Registrar's orders.

Mr.S.M.Ukey, Addl.GP for the respondents.

Mr. P.B. Patil, Adv. For Respondent No.4.

CORAM : AVINASH G. GHAROTE & ABHAY J. MANTRI, JJ.

DATE : 5th APRIL, 2025 Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2.

The petition questions the order dated 12/04/2024, issued by Respondent No. 3, Education Officer (Primary), which did not consider the petitioner's candidature for the appointment to the post of Shikshan Sevak.

3.

The petitioner claims to have passed the Teachers Eligibility Test (TET). However, the MSCE cancelled the 2019 TET examination due to allegations of a TET fraud case/scam. Besides, the petitioner's name was involved in the TET fraud list. Apart from that, the Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET) is not equivalent to the TET. 4.

In view of the above position, the petitioner has failed to make out the case for the relief as claimed. That being so, the petition being bereft of merit stands dismissed. No costs.
