In this petition, the petitioner, inter-alia, has challenged the orders dated 06.05.2024 and 08.05.2024, issued by the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur by which the respondent No.4 has been given administrative and financial powers in respect of respondent No.2-Society.

The learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter to some extent seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue such remedy as may be available in law. In view of the submissions, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the liberty as prayed for.
