Learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Counsel for the respondent submit that the controversy involved in the petition is against the brother and step sister and the parties desire to explore settling the controversy through mediation. Hence, the matter is referred to mediation.

Both the learned Counsels jointly suggest name of Mr. Arun Patil, Advocate to act as a Mediator. 3.

Parties are directed to appear before the learned Mediator within one week and thereafter to appear on subsequent dates granted by the Mediator.
