Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGP for the State.

In view of the additional affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioners, it appears that the grievance of the petitioners is satisfied by the respondent- Education Officer (Secondary), who issued a letter of approval. However, so far as condition No.8 mentioned in the approval letter dated 13th March 2025 is concerned, the same is not sustainable. The same is struck down.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the petition as approval is granted by the respondent- Education Officer (Secondary).
