It is the case of the Petitioner that in inspite of the order passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Officer and confirmed upto the learned Divisional Commissioner, no effect is given to the said orders. Therefore, the Petitioner made Representations dated 22/06/2021, 13/11/2021 and 04/06/2024 to the Respondents - Authorities.

(2) It is an admitted position that the order passed by the learned Divisional Commissioner, Amravati in Revision

No. 142/RTS-64/Moha/2020-21 was not being challenged and the Petitioner seeks execution of the order passed by the SubDivisional Officer, Yavatmal. The Representations are pending. However, no decision is taken on the said Representations by the Respondents - Authorities.

(3) In view of the above, we direct the Respondent No. 1 - Divisional Commissioner, Amravati to take decision on the Representations of the Petitioner within a period of six weeks from today.
