By the present Application, the Applicant sought modification of the order dated 4/3/2026 passed by this Court. 3.

The modification sought in the present Application cannot be permitted for simple reason that the order directing to take the communication dated 15/5/2023 to the logical end has attained finality in absence of challenge to the same by filing appeal/revision by any person including the Applicant. 4.

The representation dated 10/8/2022 which is directed to be decided in pursuance to the communication dated 15/5/2023 is for the same relief, as referred in the communication dated 15/5/2023.

As far as the submission of the learned Counsel for Applicant that an objection has been raised to the communication dated 15/5/2023 is concerned, the Tahsildar will decide the same independently.

In that view of the matter, no ground is made out by the Applicant for modification of the order dated 4/3/2026. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
