Impugned orders passed by Tahsildar as well as SubDivisional Officer stand set aside by consent of contesting parties.

The Proceeding filed under Section 5 of the Mamlatdar's Courts Act, 1906 by the petitioners in Writ Petition No.252/2025 stands relegated back to the Tahsildar for decision afresh.

It would be open for the petitioner in Writ Petition No.5179/2024 to substantiate his case before the Tahsildar about he to be joined as a applicant.

All issues are kept open specifically for the decision of the Tahsildar in accordance with law.

Parties are directed to appear before the Tahsildar on 15th July, 2025.

The Tahsildar is not required to issue any fresh notice to the parties.
