It appears that on 12/04/2018, the Municipal Corporation, Amravati forwarded the proposal to the Chief Secretary, Urban Development Department (UD-2), Mantralaya. By this communication, the decision taken in the appeal by the Standing Committee is reproduced and had given remark that it is not in the interest of Municipal Corporation, Amravati. As the decision passed by the Standing Committee cannot be reviewed, therefore, it was forwarded to the State Government for approval. The State Government has not taken any decision till date. It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader KHUNTE

In view of this, the respondent No.1 is hereby directed to take a decision on the proposal sent on 12/04/2018 by the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Amravati annexed in the petition within a period of four weeks.

The learned Additional Government Pleader to forward the copy of this order along with communication dated 12/04/2018 (Annexure-H to the petition) to the respondent No.1 for necessary decision.

In view of above, the petition stands disposed of. No costs.
