ATE : SEPTEMBER 04 , 2024 Post death of the brother of petitioner No.2, who was in the employment of respondent No.4 as a Sweeper (Safai Kamgar), the petitioner No.2 in view of rights conferred in Government Resolution dated 24/02/2023, particularly Clause 5.7, nominated her husband i.e. petitioner No.1 for grant of employment. Her prayer is informed to be rejected vide impugned communication. It is claimed that the aforesaid decision is contrary to the Scheme laid down in the said Government Resolution.
