DATED : 15h APRIL, 2025 The claim of the petitioner for transfer from Zilla Parishad to Municipal Council is not being decided, on account of the impugned communication dated 21.08.2024, by which the respondent no.1 has sought guidance from the Deputy Director of Education. The Deputy Director of Education, by his communication dated 28.08.2024 has already communicated to the respondent no.1 to take appropriate decision at his own level. In view of which, we dispose off the petition by directing the respondent No. 1 to take a decision in consonance with the policy thereof within a period of four weeks from today.
