Despite service, in furtherance of the order dated 5.9.2024, there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 2. In the order dated 5.9.2024, it was directed that the respondent no.1 shall file an affidavit as to why the order dated 11.3.2024 issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal, directing the absorption of services of the petitioner is not given effect to. Once again, we issue notice to the respondent no.1, by directing the notice to be served through Hamdast indicating the returnable date 24th October, 2024. In addition the notice is also to be served through private mode of service.

It is made clear that if there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent no.1, the Court shall hear the petition in the wake of its observations made in the order dated 5.9.2024 finally in absentia.
