The limited grievance of the petitioners, resident of Gram Panchayat Ghoti, is found that under the scheme of Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay Panchayat Empowerment Mission, Gram Panchayat Ghoti had undertaken construction of plaza/shops and despite the construction being complete, there is no allotment as per the scheme contemplated. It is the specific submission of the counsel for the petitioner that they preferred a detailed representation on 31.7.2024 seeking allotment of the newly constructed shops, but the respondent no.1 has failed to act upon the same.

In the aforesaid circumstances, we deem it appropriate to issue notice to respondent nos.1 and 2 by making the same returnable on 10.10.2024.
