The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for all the respondents and does not dispute that the mater is covered by the judgment of this Court in Ajitkumar Amolakchand Jain V/s. The Collector, Gondia in Writ Petition No. 3249/2020 decided on 15/09/2022 with connected matter (Pg.46), which has been followed by this Court in Vilas Pralhadrao Gawande Gawande V/s. State of Maharashtra through its Secretary, Revenue and Forest Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai and anr. in Writ Petition No. 4748/2024 decided on 22/08/2024 (Pg.52), in view of which, the petition is allowed in terms of what has been held in Ajitkumar Amolakchand Jain (supra).

The respondents are directed to execute a lease in terms of the renewal clause in favour of the petitioner. 5.
