Learned counsel, Mr. Khare, appearing for the petitioner expect us to take up the petition for hearing expeditiously since according to him, the petitioner is the participant in the NEET (Medical course) examination. But since we find no averments to that effect in the petition, we expect of him to file additional affidavit by tomorrow with a request to take up the hearing urgently.

Upon affidavit being filed by the petitioner, its copy be served upon the learned Assistant Government Pleader and if he is satisfied about participation of the petitioner in the medical course examination, we will take up the petition for hearing in the next week. Re-notify to 10.10.2024.
