The validity certificate granted in favour of the petitioner on 19.8.2005 as that of belonging to Nomadic Tribe has been cancelled vide impugned order dated 5.8.2024.

It is claimed that apart from challenge to the reasons recorded in the impugned order, the petitioner was not served with the notice of hearing.

Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 30.9.2024.

Mr. Kadukar waives service of notice for respondent No. 1. 6.

Till the returnable date, there shall be no coercive action qua the employment of the petitioner.
