Learned Counsel for petitioners submits that respondent Nos.2 to 5 wrongly been held as protected tenants vide impugned judgment. In that view of the matter, issue notice to the respondents, returnable after two weeks.

Shri A.M. Ghogre, learned AGP waives notice for respondent No.1.

The petitioners are permitted to serve the respondent Nos.2 to 5 by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service, including service on the lawyer appearing before the trial Court and file affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioners shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.

The office objections, if any, be removed before the returnable date.

In the meantime, if the applicant moves any application for grant of adjournment before the learned Executing Court, the same shall be considered positively by the learned Executing Court.
