The grievance of the Petitioners is that the complaints filed by the Respondents before the Consumer Forum are on the same subject matter which is pending in the Civil Court.

If this is the position, it is always open to the Petitioners to point out this fact to the Consumer Forum and it is for the Consumer Forum to take a decision thereupon as per law. 4.

With this clarification, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
