The petitioners are permitted to serve the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service, including service on the lawyer appearing before the trial Court and file affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioners shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, is pressing for grant of interim relief.
