The petitioner has secured admission in Bajaj Institute of Technology, Pipri Wardha in Electrical Engineering on 29/08/2024 under O.B.C. category.

Let the counsel for the petitioner ascertain whether he has received any document from the College in which he is admitted for production of caste validity certificate as what we find is that his admission in Bajaj Institute of Technology is shown under Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFWS) and which prima facie, according to us, is not related to the caste/tribe.

If it is so, then we may hear the petition raising a challenge to the rejection to his claim by the Scrutiny Committee at a little later point of time.
