ATE : OCTOBER 01 , 2024 The learned Counsel for the petitioner make a statement that the petitioner's admission in the Bajaj Institute of Technology in Electrical Engineering Branch is treated as admission in 'Open Category', however, he submits that the petition raising a challenge to the rejection of caste claim of the petitioner to be decided since the petitioner may be entitled for some other benefit on account of his caste.

2) We consider the request to be appropriate and direct the listing of the petition for hearing on 21/11/2024.
