At the outset, the counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to amend the prayer clause (1), by rectifying the relief already sought. He also seeks liberty to implead the respondent No.4/ Manager (HR) in personal capacity.

We grant permission to carryout the necessary amendment within a period of one week. Re-verification is dispensed with. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and 6 submits that his affidavit-in-reply is ready to be filed and we expect that the same should be filed during the course of a day. 3.

The petitioner is at liberty to file rejoinder, if necessary, within two weeks thereafter.
