In the morning Session the matter was called out, however, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was kept at 2.30 p.m., in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner to appear and argue the matter. However, none appeared even on the second call.

Hence, Writ Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
