The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the impugned order the Zilla Parishad has written the letter dated 03.09.2024 to the State Government for initiating departmental inquiry against the petitioner. The said letter is taken on record and marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the order impugned to the extent of recommending that the departmental inquiry should be conducted against the present petitioner is hereby stayed.
