The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner is ready to comply with the order passed by respondent no.2-Sub-Divisional Magistrate, dated 12-09-2023. It is submitted that time of one month be granted to comply the said order. In that view of the matter, till next date no coercive action shall be taken against the present petitioner pursuant to the order passed by respondent no.2.
