By order dated 13.09.2024 this Court granted interim order in favour of the petitioner as the statement was made that the petitioner is willing to comply with the order passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate within a period of one month.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to financial constraints the petitioner could not comply with the order passed by Sub-Divisional Magistrate and two weeks time may be granted to comply with the said order.

List the petition on 11th November 2024.

If by the next date, the order passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate is not complied with, this Court will be constrained to dismiss the petition.
