The Petition is tendered across the bar by the Petitioner. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks cancellation of conversion from Economically Weaker Section category to open category for admission on account of non-production of Economically Weaker Section Certificate.

wp5540.24.O The Petition will have to be given registration number and an opportunity will have to be given to Respondent to examine and file reply. The learned Counsel for the CET Cell states that the last date of submission of the certificate was 9 September 2024 and if not produced as per the software system, the admission would stand automatically cancelled.

If the admission is not cancelled as of now, then the time granted to the Petitioner to produce the relevant certificate is extended to the next date of hearing.
