By this petition, transfer order of the petitioner as a Plant Manager, Seeds Processing Plant Satana, District Nashik has been made for administrative reasons. The petitioner has already joined at the transfer place. 3.
Today, the learned counsel for the respondents across the bar submitted one communication dated 30/06/2025, addressed by the General Manager (Adm)/IC Legal Dept., MSSCL, Akola to the learned Advocate for the respondents, which is taken on record and for the purpose of identification, it is marked as 'X'. It is contended in the communication that after taking review of posting done and vacancy positions, as currently Kharif season activities are at peak point, it is not possible to reshuffle the posting at this juncture, however, approval for staffing pattern is sought KHUNTE
42-wp5583.24.odt 2/2 from the State Government and recruitment process is under consideration. It is informed that at the time of posting of new recruiters, adjustment to provide posting of petitioner at or nearby his desired station may possibly be done.

In view of this communication, the petitioner is permitted to apply afresh to the respondent-Authority after a period of two months. The Authority may consider the same thereafter within a period of two months from the date of his application.

In view of above, the petition stands disposed of. No costs.
