DATED : 24 -09-2024 On 25.9.2013, pursuant to the policy of the State Government floated on 3.3.2013, the petitioner was entitled to receive 12.5 percent of the developed land on payment of development charges and the respondent No. 2 approved 4348.75 Sq.Mts. developed plot in the name of M/s. Unnati Real Estate i.e. petitioner. As on date, grievance of the petitioner is despite allocation and despite the fact that the petitioner has deposited the necessary amount with the authority, the benefit is not actually translated by MADC, Nagpur.

Mr. Anand Parchure, the learned Counsel for the petitioner had invited our attention to the repeated correspondence made with the respondents but it had chosen to turn blind ear to all his representations.

Issue notice to respondent No. 2, returnable on 11.11.2024. 4.

Hamdast granted.

In addition to regular mode of service, notice by permissible mode is allowed.
