The petitioner is challenging the show-cause notice dated 09.09.2024 issued by Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, Akola (Recovery Officer). 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a substantive appeal and same is pending.

In view thereof, the petitioner is at liberty to file an application by raising the issue involved in the present petition before Appellate Authority in the pending appeal. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
