ATE : SEPTEMBER 25 , 2024 The impugned communication dated 06/03/2024 has made it clear that the additional amount of Rs.1,38,37,640/- shall not be extended in terms of Government Resolution dated 03/02/2023, but window is kept open to disburse the said amount as per the rules through the District Planning Committee or any other Scheme.

2) The copy of the said letter is forwarded to the Collector, Wardha and the grievance of the petitioner, which is the Utkarsha Berojgar Abhiyanta Seva Sahakari Sanstha Maryadit, Wardha who has implemented the work as contemplated by the Government Resolution dated 03/02/2023 for extending the benefit of Yashwantrao Chavan Mukt Vasahat into two pockets each comprising of 40 units and since the amount was disbursed for the said purpose is to the effect that despite completion of the work assigned to them, the funds are not released.

3) Let the Additional Government Pleader Mr.Thakre obtain necessary instructions in this regard from the Collector,

2 905-wp 5626.2024.odt Wardha, as we express that if the work has been completed by the petitioner, the bills must be cleared and it is irrelevant under which Scheme that has been done. As it appears that impugned communication has clarified that the amount can also be extended through District Planning Committee, the Collector, Wardha to make appropriate statement on the next date of hearing.

4) Mr.Chopde, learned Counsel inform that similar relief is sought in two other petitions vide Writ Petition No.5618/2024 and Writ Petition (Stamp) No.18163/2024. Let the copies of the said petitions be supplied to the Additional Government Pleader who shall obtain necessary instructions in regard to these two petitions.

5) On 03/10/2024 all the petitions are directed to be listed collectively.
