DATE : 25TH OCTOBER, 2024 The learned counsel for the respondents seeks time. A grievance is raised that the petitioners are not heard before sanction of the map for additional construction of the 4th floor and therefore stay is being sought to the further construction. A perusal of the photograph tender across the bar, which is taken on record and marked as 'X' indicates, that the entire structural work of the 4th floor is already complete including some of the walls too, in view of which it is apparent, that substantial work is already over. We, therefore, do not see any reason to injunct the work. We however make it clear, that any further work shall be subject to the result of the petition.
