The petitioner has challenged the recovery certificate issued by the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Society in RRC Certificate bearing No.74/2024 dated 08.02.2024.

Having gone through the documents, it appears that the petitioner has an alternate and equally efficacious remedy to challenge the recovery certificate and the consequential notice before the Divisional Joint Registrar under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has deposited Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) before the Pat

In view of above, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy to challenge the same under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act.
