The urgency expressed in the petition is that the admission of the petitioner to the Engineering College is cancelled and the learned counsel representing for the respondent no.2-State Common Entrance Test Cell informed us that 9th September, 2024 was the last date of the submission of the validity certificate and since the petitioner failed to do so, in the auto cancellation process,

908wp5666.24 her admission got cancelled. Ultimately it is on 10th September, 2024, the Caste Scrutiny Committee at Nagpur rejected her claim. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is assailing the impugned order on the ground that her blood relatives are already granted validity certificates and despite this Committee has rejected the claim of the petitioner.

Considering the urgency expressed, we deem it appropriate to direct the Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Rao to secure the record pertaining to the impugned order passed by the Caste Scrutiny Committee at Nagpur, so that we can appreciate the contention of the petitioner and if we find that the rejection of the claim was wrongful, in that case, ensure that the petitioner secure a seat in an Engineering College, as per the seats that are available and the preference as indicated.
