The only relief sought is notifying of the lapsing of the reservation, which has been so held by this Court in Writ Petition No. 587/2021, M/s. Devisons Estate Private Limited Vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors., decided on 07.03.2022. The action of notifying is a consequential act which is obligatory on the State.

Mr. Puranik, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2, states that a proposal has already been sent to the State on 20.07.2022 in this regard.

If that be so, it was mandatory for the State to have notified it since this is not been done, we allow the Petition by directing the Respondent No.1 notifying the lapsing within a period of 15 days from today. 5.
