The challenge in this petition is to the order passed by the respondent No.3-Project Officer (Child Development), Integrated Child Development Project, Warora, District Chandrapur, thereby terminating the services of the petitioner on the ground that at the time of appointment of the petitioner as 'Anganwadi Sevika/Madatnis', she is having three children.

Issue notice to the respondents, making the same returnable on 22nd October, 2024.

Mr. N.S. Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader, waives service of notice for the respondent Nos.1 and 3.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 and 3 to file his affidavit-in-reply within a period of two weeks from today with liberty to the petitioner to file her rejoinder, if any, within a period of one week thereafter.

In the meantime, we direct the respondents not to fill in the post, which has fallen vacant on account of termination of the services of the petitioner.
