DATE : 20TH JANUARY, 2025 The petitioner, has been terminated from the post of Anganwadi Sevika to which she was appointed on 27-1-2010 on account of the demise of first husband on 30-12-2008, from whom she had an issue on 13-10-2007, on the ground that consequent to the appointment, she had married on 18-6-2010, from which marriage she has/had two issues on 08-7-2011 and 18-3-2014 respectively, thereby making the total issues to be more than two, thereby attracting the Maharashtra Civil Services (Declaration of Small Family) Rules, 2005.
