It is not in dispute, that the policy in respect of granting employment to the legal heirs of Safai Kamgars has been modified and the Government Resolution dated 24.02.2023 is the one which governs the entire issue in supersession to all the earlier Government Resolutions. 3.

In that view of the matter, we dispose of the Petition by directing the Respondent No.2 to consider the claim of the Petitioners in terms of the Government Resolution dated 24.02.2023. The same shall be done within a period of three weeks from today.
