"On 1/10/2025, following order was passed :
"Learned AGP appearing for the Respondent No. 1 - District Selection Committee to file detailed affidavit along with the decision taken in regard to the Respondent - Employee and reply to the notice issued to the Respondent - Employee.
(2) List the matters on 16/10/2025."
2] The Counsel for the petitioner submits that despite such order, respondent no.1 has not filed detailed affidavit along with the decision taken in regard to the respondent.
3] Respondent no.1 shall remain personally present before the Court on next date, either physically or through VC, and explain as to why reply is not filed despite directions issued by the Court.

3] In response, respondent no.1 submits that he had given written instructions to Dr. Subhash Dhole, District Health Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal. He submits that for some inadvertent reasons, he failed to file reply. He further submits that necessary action will be taken against him. The statement is accepted. The reply is now filed.
4] None for respondent no.2 - The Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal.
5] Issue bailable warrant against respondent no.2 in the sum of Rs.5,000/- returnable on 2/4/2026. 6] Personal appearance of respondent no.1 is exempted.
(JUDGE) (JUDGE) LATER ON 7] Ms Bharti kale, learned Counsel, on instructions, submits that Ms Sonali Saware, Counsel for respondent no.2 is out of station and inadvertently did not inform her colleague to appear. She submits that the
counsel shall diligently attend the matter and accordingly requests to recall order of issuing bailable warrant. 8] On the basis of assurance so given by the Counsel, order of issuing bailable warrant against respondent no.2 is recalled.
