DATED : 17.03.2025 It appears that notice to respondent Nos.10, 11 and 13 to 15 received back unserved as they are not residing in given address as per bailiff report. Even notice of respondent No.12 by usual mode is received back unserved for want of time for service as per report of bailiff.

In view of this, petitioner is permitted to serve unserved respondents in the Trial Court on the date fixed by the Trial Court personally to the parties or to the Counsel, if he accepts the same.
