Heard Mr Ghuge, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Ms D. I. Charlewar, AGP for the respondent No.1 and Mr Kukday, learned counsel for the respondent No.2.

It is common ground that this Court in Writ Petition No.3583 of 2022 set aside the order challenged in the said writ petition on the basis of the observations made by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the decision of Lakhan Lal and another vs G.M. (R & R), Narmada Hydroelectric and others , [2018] 13 SCC 212.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents that the petition is covered by the order dated 22.08.2024 passed in Writ Petition No.3583 of 2022. 4.

In view of the consensus amongst the counsel for the petitioner and the respondents, the petition is disposed of, in terms of the order dated 22.08.2024 passed in Writ Petition No.3583 of 2022 being covered by the said writ petition, as well as the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lakhan Lal (supra).
