Learned counsels for both the parties have submitted that their clients are present before this Court today in person. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, from his client who is personally in the Court, submits that he wants to settle the matter and in that regard, he is to pay an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) to the respondent withinone week from today. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that his client had already paid an amount of Rs.3,90,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Ninety Thousand Only) to the respondent.

The petitioner is directed to pay an amount of Rs.17,10,000/- (Rupees Seventeen Lakhs Ten Thousand Only), out of which Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) to be paid within one week. The petitioner shall pay balance amount to the respondent within a period of six months from today with equal installments. 3.

In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of.
