The challenge is to the impugned order rejecting the application of the petitioner for grant of stay to the order of termination of services by respondent No.1.

Having considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties and having gone through the impugned order and case record, it appears that the order of termination is already effected. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that directions be given to dispose of the matter at the earliest. 4.

Since the matter relates to services of the petitioner, the learned School Tribunal is requested to see that the matter is disposed of at the earliest and preferably within six weeks from today. The petition is disposed of.
