DATED : 24th MARCH, 2025 Through the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready for settlement and tries to put the blame upon the respondent no.3 - Society for not accepting his proposal, however, in exercise of our powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, we cannot force the respondent no.3 to agree for a settlement in terms of the offer made by the petitioner. We do not see any reason to interfere in the petition. The petition is disposed off. No costs.
