Learned counsel for the respondent makes a statement that, he has already withdrawn the main proceeding bearing Marriage Petition No.72/2023 (Arjun Vs. Namrata). Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record the Order dated 14.01.2025 below Exh.20.

In view thereof, as the main proceeding itself is withdrawn. Nothing survives for consideration in the petition, accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
