The petitioner is challenging the order dated 02.01.2024 passed by learned 3rd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Chandrapur in Regular Darkhast No.67/2000, whereby, the darkhast proceeding is disposed off as fully satisfied.

Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a grievance that the calculation which was filed before the Executing Court was not proper and wants to submit their own calculations. The petitioner has to file an application before the concerned Court and point out the same, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in the present petition.

In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the Executing Court as and when occasion arises.
